History

John Alrid had spent more than a decade in the IT industry in a variety of capacities ranging from technical training to network management and support. In 2006, he recognized a growing need for small business owners who wanted to capitalize on today’s leading-edge IT but couldn’t afford the money or time to support it. Sagitta Systems was born. With a service offering as varied in the industry as John’s background—from network management to technical training—Sagitta Systems offers a unique offering in the outsourced IT industry by offering a comprehensive suite of services designed to meet all of a small business owner’s IT needs. John is a certified Microsoft Small Business Specialist and certified in a number of Microsoft applications.

John is the Managing Partner of Sagitta Systems and guides its strategic direction/growth as well as overseeing day-to-day operations and all client relations.
